Achieving fairness and equality in the competition hinges on a meticulous judging process. To achieve this, timely submission of entries from all applicants is essential. This enables us to employ our unique method, ensuring uniform entries upon submission. Our judging process incorporates statistical methods and new technologies to reduce potential errors. Transparency is key to any voting process and we will release our results and scoring at the end of the competition listed on our website.

Please Note: Failure to adhere to ALL Requirements may result in being disqualified from competition. Additionally, Jade Cup associates want to foster a positive community environment. Please be respectful towards our staff. Unprofessional or harmful behavior will result in immediate disqualification.

All Entries

After you fill out the JADE CUP ENTRY FORM, a team coordinator will be in touch to give final entry instructions including how to pay for your submission. JADE CUP TEAM MEMBER will review your entry submission and once approved, send you instructions on how to schedule your PRODUCT ENTRY APPOINTMENT.

Attestation, & Residency Requirements:

-All contestants must fill out and complete all sections of the JADE CUP ENTRY FORM, by doing so you are attesting that you have read, understand, and will abide by the JADE CUP Official Rules & Entry Guidelines during the entire competition.

-All contestants must provide a valid Oklahoma, non-expired, government issued photo ID that shows they are at least 21 years of age at the time of submitting JADE CUP ENTRY FORM & again at their PRODUCT ENTRY APPOINTMENT.

How to enter, Fees, & Deadlines


1. Read all Official Rules & Guidelines.

2. As soon as possible, secure your entry spot by completing the JADE CUP ENTRY FORM.

3. A Jade Cup Coordinator will review your registration and once accepted, you will be sent final instructions including payment and how to setup your PRODUCT ENTRY APPOINTMENT (Crucial as applicants will need to be present to sign off packaging release with coordinator to sign of compliant acceptance form with proprietary packaging)

Please note: Each individual entry requires a separate registration & fee.

ENTRY FEE: The entry fee for the Jade Cup Cannabis Competition ($_______) includes your ticket to attend the Jade Cup Festival.

The entry fee covers some of the costs listed below:

$50 – Administrative support and judging expenses
$______- Analytic testing by one of our Official Lab Partner, __________ Testing Labs
$25 – Jade Cup Competitors and Sponsors party


To allow for adequate testing and judging time, all submission entries must be received by Jade Cup Affiliates before Saturday __________________. Please note, PRODUCT ENTRY APPOINTMENTS will be limited and scheduled on a first come first serve basis.

With current laws, this year’s competition will only be open to OMMA licensed cultivated and processed cannabis. All entries will compete in competition scored by judges and lab results for the Overall Champion, Flower Indoor, Flower Mixed Lighting, Concentrates, and Non Solventless concentrates, Please continue in the document for details about each of these competitions.

Submissions and Judging


Category Description: Flower categories include all Sativa and Indica Hybrids can include any combination of Indica or Sativa below 70 percent (60/40, 50/50 and so on).

Competition Packaging Details Your ______ (__)-gram entry. Each Entry must clearly state the name of the strain, category and company name. This should be done ONLY ONCE on the exterior of the container that holds your entry.
Jade Cup Coordinators will implement its proprietary standard operating procedures to distribute and store applicant products.

Cannabinoid Analysis 35% : determined to have the highest percentage of 14 cannabinoids, by our Official Lab Partner ________

These cannabinoids include; THC, THCA, CBD, and CBDA, CBC, CBCA, CBD, CBDA, CBDV, CBDVA, CBG, CBGA, CBN, ∆8-THC, ∆9-THC, THCA, THCV, THCVA

Terpene Analysis 65%: determined to have the highest percentage of 23 terpenes commonly found in cannabis by our Official Lab Partner ___________
